Gregory McCurdy

Biography

At a time when media ownership is increasingly concentrated among large corporations, Gregory believes independent journalism has a vital role in preserving diverse perspectives, challenging established narratives, and holding those in positions of power accountable. His vision for Vyrio News is to create a trusted source of information that prioritizes facts over influence, encourages critical thinking, and gives readers the freedom to form their own opinions. He advocates for journalism free from unnecessary corporate or political interference, where accuracy, integrity, and editorial independence always come first. Gregory believes that credible journalism should not be about telling people what to think, but providing them with the information they need to decide for themselves. Outside of his work in independent media, Gregory has a strong interest in technology, innovation, and the natural world.
